Description:
This is the coziest of the apartments in Oasis in the Tropics. Despite being on the groundfloor of the building, the apartment still has a great view from the porch.
The elevated and lush grounds provide privacy from both the road and the rest of the house.
The apartment has an open concept main area for the living dining and kitchen area. The L couch is ideal for lounging during downtime with a good movie or transform it into a bed for when that guest comes over.
The bedroom consists of a queen bed, 2 bed side tables, a dresser and closet for ample storage space.
The bathroom has additional space for storing some small and other not frequently used items. The stand up shower is quite large as well.
The house has a communal washer / dryer, hot water heater, cistern and pool with nice seating, a pergola and a parasol for shade.
Plenty of security as well, cameras on the exterior of the building, security system inside each apartment, bars in windows and hurricane shutters on all windows and doors.
