Description:
Come experience the wonderful space that is Acqua Marina.
The apartment has an enormous amount of space both inside and outside. An open concept living room, kitchen and dining area has more than enough space to cook, host people or just sit back and comfortably watch your favourite TV shows or movies. Both the washing machine and dryer are neatly stowed next to the kitchen space but there's no need to use the dryer with the outdoor clothes lines.
The patio is at the front of the house and has a wonderful amount of space, so if you're looking to stay in a sheltered and cool space to watch the sunrise or look at the golf course and beach, this is your spot. There's also enough garden around to give the right amount of privacy from the outside world.
Bedroom has plenty of space for storing personal effects and other items in the huge closet, plus has a queen size bed and even has its own desk to work or study at.
Security bars and shutters for all windows and doors, and a camera system providing that extra little bit of safety.
The house also has an infinity dipping pool which looks out over the whole property and has views of the ocean.
Pets are welcome.
