Description:
This magnificent piece of land is located above Carambola Restaurant and beach bar just off of South Friar's Beach, one of the most prestigious and attractive spots on the island right now. Further down the beach the relaxing vibes of Discovery Beach Bar and a bit further down is the world famous Shipwreck beach bar.
South Friar's Beach is wonderful for so many reasons, the gentle Caribbean Sea lapping on the golden sands, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the views of the South East Peninsula... The list can go on and on.
This piece of land is unique for a couple other reasons, the gentle slope just itching to be built on, the angle just of the land just below the base of this plot prevents any major construction from obstructing the views. It even has views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea as well as the South East Peninnsula and Nevis! Sunrises in the morning, and during certain times of the year, sunsets in the evenings.
In more recent news: The Ritz Carlton has announced a major development in the bay just below the plot! That's right, a 5 star hotel at your footsteps.
To put it simply, no matter what is done with this land, its value can only go up!
